A drug administered intravenously called Qwo contains enzymes that break down collagen. Collagen is the main component of the fibrous bands that cause cellulite. Each cellulite dimple receives an injection with Qwo. The product is positioned in and around the fibrous collagen bands that create each dimple in this way.
